THE ALUMNI ELECTION COMMITTEE HAS RECTIFIED AN ERROR IN THE TALLYING OF VOTES FOR THE VICE PRESIDENTIAL RACE DECLARING MERCURY JOY T. BOQUILA THE WINNER

  • On the election day 11 Dec 2022, election committee has declared Sir Arben Pamolarcano the winner in the VP race with 89 votes against 88 votes of Mercury Joy T. Boquila.
  • Upon receiving the official tally, the CFC Party has noticed a possible discrepancy in the Batch 2011 vote for VP race, and raised a question to the Election Committee.
  • Batch 2011 is the Batchmates of Jeffry C. Manhulad, the party President of CFC and the running-mate of Mercury Joy T. Boquila.
  • Several witnesses in Batch 2011 certified that they VOTED straight for CFC party including the VP Ms. Boquila and later on raised a question why 0 vote is counted in the official tally.
  • Upon investigation, the Election Committee acknowledged that there was an ERROR in the tally of votes for the VP Position in the batch 2011 votes and INFORMED THE CONCERNED CANDIDATES.
  • The committee has decided to RECTIFY the error making the OFFICIAL VOTE COUNT 107 for Boquila and 70 for Pamolarcano which effectively REVERSES the earlier declaration.
