Dologon National High School Alumni Association Successfully Incorporates with SEC

The Dologon National High School Alumni Association (DNHSAA) has finally been incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Philippines. The official incorporation took place on April 18, 2023, at the SEC Davao Office.

The incorporation of the association was made possible by the efforts of the four incorporators, which include Mr. Jeffry C. Manhulad as the sitting President, Miss Ma. Stella T. Murillo as the Secretary, Ms. Mary Dafnie Dal T. Limocon as the Treasurer, and Mr. Jake H. Destacamento as the Auditor.

The incorporation was approved during the fourth month of the current officers' term, who won the election on December 11, 2022, during the 3rd Grand Alumni Homecoming. With the approval of the certificate of incorporation, the officers have fulfilled their primary promise of registering the association within one year of their term.

The official name of the association, as approved by the SEC, is now the Dologon NHS Alumni Association, Inc. This move has made the DNHSAA a legitimate and recognized organization that can now better serve its alumni.
